This insurance covers loss or damage to goods whilst in transit anywhere in Nigeria by road, rail or inland waterway including loading and unloading.

There are two types of cover:

1. All Risks (AR) Cover: Covers all risks of physical loss or damage, except those specifically excluded.
2. Restricted Cover: Covers only specific risks, such as theft or fire.

Policies could be issued in respect of:

1. Own goods transported by own vehicle
2. Own goods conveyed by other carrier/hired vehicle

• Duly completed Proposal form
• Know Your Customer (KYC) form

STEPS TO MAKE A CLAIM/ CLAIM PROCESSING

1. Immediate notification via phone call, app, letter or email
2. Duly completed Claim form
3. Other claims substantiating documents as may be required
