Custodian Comprehensive Motor Insurance provides cover for loss or damage to insured vehicle, third-party property damage, death of or bodily injury to a third party.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1. Covers loss or damage to Insured vehicle resulting from an accident
2. Theft of vehicle or damage resulting from an attempted theft of vehicle
3. Fire incident involving the Insured vehicle
4. Covers Third-Party property damage for privately used and commercial vehicles to the tune of N3,000,000.00 and N5,000,000.00 respectively.
5. Injury or death to third-party: Access to medical care for any injured third party, and financial compensation to the family of the deceased third party in the event of death as a result of accident caused by the Insured whilst driving the insured vehicle.
6. Emergency medical treatment (First Aid) to the Insured in the case of injury resulting from accident whilst using the vehicle.
7. Towing of the Insured vehicle to a safe place in the event of a breakdown resulting from an accident
8. ECOWAS brown card (provides insurance cover for the use of the vehicle within West African countries).

• Duly completed Proposal form
• Know Your Customer (KYC) form

STEPS TO MAKE A CLAIM/ CLAIM PROCESSING

1. Immediate notification via phone call, app, letter or email
2. Duly completed Motor Accident claim form
3. Photographs of the accidented vehicle
4. Estimate of repair
5. Driver’s license
6. Police Report (where applicable)
7. Any other documents as may be required
